Executive People & Operations Leader
Tiffany R. Frasier founded ArchitectHR on a simple conviction: that every organization, regardless of size, stage, or sector, deserves access to the kind of senior-level people strategy that has historically been reserved for the largest enterprises.
With more than 15 years of experience serving as Chief People Officer, VP of People Success, and Head of Enterprise HR, Tiffany has partnered with CEOs, boards, and executive teams across private equity, high-growth technology, healthcare, and nonprofit environments to build the organizational foundations that drive sustainable performance.
Her work spans the full arc of organizational life: from building people infrastructure at the earliest stages of growth, to navigating the complexity of acquisitions and restructuring, to preparing organizations for exit. She has led transformations that have resulted in measurable improvements in retention, engagement, operational efficiency, and leadership effectiveness.
What sets Tiffany apart is her ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details of building the systems that make strategy real. Her approach is direct, disciplined, and deeply human.

Every system, policy, and process should serve a strategic purpose. We start with where your business is going, then design the people infrastructure to get you there.
Great culture doesn't happen by accident. It's built through intentional systems, clear expectations, and leaders who are equipped to model what they expect.
There is no one-size-fits-all HR playbook. We embed in your business, learn your context, and build solutions that fit. Not frameworks borrowed from someone else's company.
